AI Agents & RAG Systems Engineer
Design and deploy deterministic-guarded AI agents, RAG pipelines, and n8n workflows wired directly into live client CRMs and ERPs.
Apply for this roleWhat you will own
- Build high-precision RAG pipelines (semantic chunking, pgvector, reranking, grounded citations)
- Orchestrate multi-tool AI agents (Claude / OpenAI tool calling, MCP, n8n) with strict guardrails
- Implement automated evaluation suites (evals) and optimize token economics and latency
- Lead secure GDPR / Zero-Data-Retention integrations into client CRMs and ERPs
What we look for
- Proven track record shipping production LLM systems beyond toy prototypes
- Strong TypeScript and/or Python skills, pgvector experience, and n8n / webhook fluency
- Rigorous approach to prompt security, deterministic guardrails, and observability
- Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear ROI for business leaders
